PRI Develops Interactive Course to Help Physicians Avoid Lawsuits (Case Study)
In today’s demanding healthcare industry, Physicians’ Reciprocal Insurers (PRI) requires its insured physicians to take a course designed to help them avoid malpractice lawsuits and personal risk. Doctors, however, resist carving out five hours from their busy schedules to take it. So PRI partnered with AllenComm to create a more engaging, interactive course that includes quick videos and exercises to make concepts such as neuronal limitations concrete and personal because doctors can try using them. Motion graphics make the case for why a specific behavior is necessary in the healthcare industry. PRI earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Custom Content in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
