SPARK: Igniting Innovation and Leadership Excellence at Chubb APAC (2024 Case Study)
Chubb Limited partnered with BTS Group to launch SPARK, an innovative leadership development program for high-potential talent in the Asia-Pacific region. The six-month program combined face-to-face workshops, virtual fireside chats, and on-the-job experiments to build innovation capabilities and leadership excellence.
The initiative achieved remarkable results with 51% of participants promoted within 9 months, 90% attendance across all sessions, and significant improvements in leadership behaviors. The program focused on developing customer-centric mindsets, innovation skills, and cross-regional collaboration while supporting Chubb’s ‘One Chubb’ strategy following the Cigna Life acquisition.
