Cognizant’s Millennial Council introduced a unique and collaborative learning program to engage the audience, by providing them with the opportunity to gain experience from their learning. Some of the most important elements of the learning solution were collaborating and brainstorming as this always ensures more motivation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Leveraging the fact that the Millennials grew up with technology, the learning was spanned across devices (laptop, tablets, mobile). Cognizant Technology Solutions was honored with a Gold Award for Best Use of Social Collaborative Learning in the 2020 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
