Microlearning Strategy Helps Wipro Scale Inclusion Across 65 Countries (Case Study)
Wipro’s unconscious bias learning program, recognized for its effectiveness in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), is designed to build awareness, develop skills, and encourage behavioral change among its workforce. The program includes eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions, and a five-part VILT series that delve into topics such as microaggressions, micro-affirmations, generational diversity, allyship, and inclusive hiring practices. The program’s success is attributed to its comprehensive approach, including leadership buy-in, a dedicated Culture Council, and DEI councils, complemented by ongoing monitoring and evaluation metrics.
