TechM’s Attrition Prediction Model is a technological tool for the People Function to predict the likelihood an employee quitting the organization.  Losing this talent to attrition is a financial and non-financial loss for the organization.

It reached full potential in the post-pandemic period, and with the advent of the ‘Great Resignation’ when the ability to predict attrition was a business differentiator. This early-warning system was built using two machine Learning techniques-Logistic Regression and Random Forest. The tool was used by the Business HR team to conduct stay interventions and has shown to give an accuracy of close to 80%.

In the future, work is being done to incorporate Deep Learning techniques into the tool for an even enhanced accuracy to continue business growth.
