The Ignite 2.0 OD program focuses on an umbrella of collective development programs curated for specific career level target groups. This program is a collection of tailored development initiatives that target specific career level groups, ranging from nascent managers to senior leaders. The program focuses on uplifting and enhancing the competencies of personnel in the
organization, particularly those in client-facing and executive committee roles. To adapt to the post pandemic environment, the program was redesigned to an online virtual training methodology, using a hybrid model of training, and learning to ensure a strong link between roles and tasks.
