VitalTalk and Socratic Arts collaborated to create “Building Connection,” a comprehensive healthcare communication training program designed to address racial equity gaps in healthcare.
The mobile-first digital course equips clinicians with practical skills to acknowledge past harm, recover from mistakes, and honor patient values during difficult conversations. Through high-quality video scenarios and expert guidance, the program uses a learning-by-doing approach that helps healthcare professionals build trust with patients of color, ultimately aiming to improve healthcare outcomes for marginalized communities.
