The platform streamlines the complex documentation process required for medical, dental, and veterinary students, including immunization records, insurance documentation, tax forms, licensure forms, policy attestations, and training modules. Previously, onboarding averaged 4.25 hours per student; myClinicalExchange reduced this to 1.5 hours.
The system addresses challenges faced by all stakeholders: healthcare facilities needing efficiency, schools requiring visibility into student readiness and site availability, and students seeking straightforward documentation management. In 2023, myClinicalExchange enrolled 190,000 students and generated average cost savings of $22,000 annually per institution.
