In Phase 3, you will apply everything you've learned to your own organization, conducting an honest assessment of your actual workplace and developing an AI strategy you can implement. This analysis requires gathering real organizational data, diagnosing your true maturity level and capability gaps, addressing your specific stakeholder concerns and constraints, and creating recommendations tailored to your unique context, culture, and business objectives.
In Phase 3, you will use the same strategic frameworks from all 10 course modules to create a comprehensive, presentation-ready AI roadmap for your organization. Your analysis will demonstrate your ability to think strategically about real organizational complexity, balance authentic assessment with actionable recommendations, and produce deliverables you can use immediately with your leadership team and stakeholders.
More detailed instructions are set forth in the "Instructions" for Phase 3.
