  • Phase 1 of the Certified Diversity Equity and Inclusion Leader Program covers 17 (persona) competencies in individual lessons. Each lesson will have reading material followed by a short multiple choice quiz. Phase 1 contains 51 questions.
  • You must complete each lesson before moving onto the next.
  • You may pause/exit at any time and pick up right where you left off the next time you sign in.
  • Correct answers and insights will be provided to you throughout each quiz. You may always return to that question/quiz to re-review your answer choices and the insights provided, at any time.
  • If you have any questions during your exam, please click the "Ask a Question" button on the bottom of your control panel to the left.
  • How to Study
  • You can download the Resource Guide from your navigation panel on the left-hand side under the section labeled "Resources." If you study in this manner, you can skip to the quiz in each lesson, when you are ready to take it.
  • You can also follow the learning journey within the platform and take the quiz at the end of each lesson. The Resource Guide is still available to you if you want to download a PDF copy for future reference.

  • Passing Criteria
  • There are 17 (persona) competencies divided into 4 lessons. Each competency has a quiz associated with it. To pass this course, you must:
  • Pass each quiz with a minimum score of 75%. You have 3 attempts to meet this minimum score.
  • Once you successfully meet this criteria, you will receive your certification.
