This course consists of 17 lessons which cover persona competencies that every employee should possess to improve the diversity, equity and inclusion in their organization. This enables the certified champion to better serve their employees, customers, communities, stakeholders and society. Learning styles differ, so while we do provide a PDF Resource Guide for studying, you also have the option of following the interactive learning journey within the platform itself. We will break down each competency and quiz for you at the end of each.
