About Course

Brandon Hall Group’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader (CDEIL) Certification provides leaders with the competencies to play a meaningful role in the diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplace.

The CDEIL Certification Program is a comprehensive education program centered around a multi-phase knowledge test. The exam really isn’t merely memorization and theory but a real world approach to developing competencies and skills that can be immediately implemented and deployed within your organization.

In addition to testing your acumen, you will also gain access to best practices case studies from organizations honored in Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence Awards Program

This Course is divided into 3 Phases:  In Phase 1, you will be guided through learning modules followed by a four question quiz after each module.  In Phase 2, you will have a written assignment that is derived from our HCM Excellence Awards Case Studies.  The Case Studies are converted into “what would you do” scenarios that are graded by our evaluators. Phase 3 is a culmination of everything you have learned now applied to demonstrate your new expertise. You will have a self-reflective written assignment where you will submit a written assignment about a project or program at your company.
