Phase 2 is comprised of case studies that are converted to “What would you do?” scenarios.
Seven synopses are available.
You will choose one scenario to complete a written assignment for.
The written assignment is broken down into five written sections asking about the business need, the design of the new solution, the delivery of the solution, how the learner will work through the change management and what the expected benefits of the solution will be.
The written assignment must be completed and evaluated before moving on to Phase 3.
