About Course

This course explores the essential elements of creating psychological safety specifically for underrepresented groups in the workplace. Psychological safety – the belief that one can speak up, ask questions, and express ideas without fear of negative consequences – is particularly critical for employees from marginalized communities who may face additional barriers to full participation. This course provides practical strategies and frameworks for leaders and team members to establish inclusive environments where all employees, regardless of their background or identity, feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute authentically. Participants will learn evidence-based approaches to recognize and address the unique challenges faced by underrepresented groups while building sustainable systems that promote belonging and psychological safety for everyone.
