An effective learning culture is the foundation of successful reskilling and upskilling initiatives. It's characterized by leadership commitment, a growth mindset, and psychological safety.

Session 3: Technology and Measurement – Optimizing Learning Impact
Introduction: Technology transforms how we deliver and measure learning. Today we'll explore how to select the right learning technologies and measure their impact effectively. Data and analytics are powerful tools for optimizing your reskilling and upskilling programs. They can help you identify skill gaps, personalize learning paths, and measure the impact of your initiatives.

Session 4: Implementation and Change Management – Scaling Success
Introduction: Our final session focuses on the critical aspects of implementing and scaling reskilling programs successfully. Implementing new reskilling and upskilling programs often requires significant changes in behavior and mindset. Applying change management principles can help ensure the success of these initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • This course is a synchronous, virtual instructor-led course. That means you will meet at a pre-determined time and date for a group experience. There are four sessions of 60 minutes each scheduled for this VILT.
  • You will need to register for each of the sessions using the links provided in the MEETING INFORMATION section for each session.
  • We recommend that you pre-register for all of the sessions. This will add each of the sessions to your calendar and ensure that you receive notifications and reminders for each of the sessions.
  • While you may attend individual sessions based on your needs, attendance at all four sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.
  • No preparation is needed prior to the sessions.
