You’ll analyze its business context, identify AI opportunities, evaluate readiness, build governance and ROI frameworks, and develop a 10-section AI transformation strategy. This hands-on application reinforces your ability to use course concepts in real-world organizational settings while receiving guided prompts and structured templates.

In the final phase, you’ll take everything you’ve learned and apply it to your own organization. You’ll complete the same 10-section framework, producing a full AI Transformation Strategy tailored to your company’s goals, maturity, and operating context. Your submission will be reviewed by Brandon Hall Group analysts and evaluated for practical application and strategic alignment.
