REQUIREMENTS

• Phase 3 is the final phase in the learning journey
• This Phase requires learners to submit a scenario from their company or previous work experience.
• The learner will complete an assignment with the same five written sections as set forth in Phase 2 asking about the business need, the design of the new solution, the delivery of the solution, how the learner will work through the change management and what the expected benefits of the solution will be.
• Our panel of experts will score your submission.
• Once your Assignment is successfully completed, you will become a CERTIFIED TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGIST!
